The aim of this paper is to make a model that keeps the person and car safe from a way to realize and track the eyes. Today the main cause of road accidents is unalertness in driving, by the drivers. So, we take the help of Eye Blink Sensing system (EBS) and heart rate sensor, to alert the driver during drowsiness. So a eye tracking movement system will be helpful in alerting the drivers, during drowsiness. With the help of IR sensor the driver’s eye is constantly tracked. The regular eye blink rate has no reaction on the result of the model. If driver is in drowsiness condition, then IR sensor gets abnormal blinking rate and a buzzer will buzz to alert him/her up. The final part of EBS system is applied by using a goggle [1].
