In order to improve the efficiency of people’s safe travel and promote the development of transportation or commercial manned vehicles, this research aims to promote the design validation and improvement of the safety of the key flight control system of this vehicle. In the face of the competitive demand of the global international market, it is urgent to further improve its flight control methods or means to support large civil aircraft to enter a new stage of development. By summarizing typical aircraft development paths and control surface control strategies at home and abroad, and on the basis of the safety design evaluation of conventional civil plane, the security design and enhancement characteristics of similar flight control system are proposed. Combined with the experience of developing and applying a potential flight maneuvering system for large aircraft, the control concept of safe flight of related aircraft is clarified. In view of the market demand of the next generation of commercial manned and cargo air transport vehicles, the key overall architecture safety design technology and its development trend are explored and condensed, which can become the cornerstone of the top-level design and research and development of aircraft in the future of the global village.
