The idea of the 'partial capture region on a finite time interval' (here called the 'T-region') is explored further. As an example, we analyse in more detail the partial capture regions in aerial combat and obtain some new results, such as a sort of ?semitransition surface' and the optimal and singular optimal strategy regions, etc. We also obtain a general approach for dealing with the 'semi-transition (or transition) surface' caused by a non-smooth target set from this example.
