Aeroelastic analysis is performed on a parallel computer using Euler equations coupled with an advanced wing-box structural model. The wing-box consists of a 3-noded triangular element, with two inplane translations and an in-plane rotation at each node, and axial rods. The 9 degree of freedom triangular element provides more accurate stress analysis than previous studies. A typical wing-body configuration is chosen for the analysis with the assumption of a rigid body. Preliminary results are presented.
