In order to analyze the dynamic evolution process of urban traffic network congestion. This paper constructs the urban traffic network model Based on the complex network theory, and divides the urban traffic network into demand network and road network. Then generates different network models according to the characteristics of demand network and road network. By adjusting the classical cell transmission model (CTM), this paper simulates the dynamic process of traffic network congestion propagation under different network topologies, and analyzes the traffic congestion propagation mechanism the spatial and temporal characteristics and propagation law of network congestion.
