Our lives became more straightforward with the quick development of advancement and system. This paper makes sense of the plan and execution of a well‐being framework for weighty vehicles. Furthermore, a limited scale installed framework is prototyped here. Peripherals like Worldwide Situating Framework (GPS) collector (for area refreshes), slant sensor (for accident recognition), gas sensor (for liquor movement location), RFID labels and per user (to screen passage and exit of vehicles in limited regions), a touch sensor (to show a crisis) and so forth, have been utilized in this framework. A significant improvement over existing accident ready frameworks is that the proposed configuration utilizes ultrasonic sensors to show over‐level of the vehicles moving toward underpasses (passages or rail over street spans) on expressways. A sound caution is set off if the vehicle's level is more than the passage point of the underpass with the goal that the driver can dial back the vehicle. A working model of the general framework has been executed and tried effectively. The information assembled by all sensors is shipped off the cloud utilizing the Message Lining Telemetry Transport (MQTT) convention, and clients can screen every one of the updates utilizing their Android cell phone.
