Railroad Company is constructing substation and transmission facilities to serve suburban territory by 12/24/36-kv., 3-wire, singlephase, 25-cycle distribution system, with view to serving more remote area by superimposing 66-kv. transmission lines upon initial system, at time of future extension; present and proposed system layout; estimated power requirements and manner in which railroad system is to be served from system of power company.
