Cars will have 11,000-volt bus and connectors; only two panographs will be used on ten-car train; power will be supplied at 25 cycles and 13,200 volts by Philadelphia Electric Co.; three-wire system with 36,000-volt transmission will be used; substation consists of auto-transformers connected between 36-kv. transmission wires and trolley wire with one-third point connected to rails.
