Describes rudder installed in Hamburg-American twin-screw motorship liner built at Deutscher Werft, Finkenwarder; object of invention is to do away entirely with heavy and expensive steering gears and to replace them by simple form of rudder worked by streamline pressure exerted on rudder by water through which vessel is moving.
