A crosshead sheave assembly comprises a U steel fixed frame. Each side of the fixed frame is fixedly provided with a crosshead sheave installation plate vertically arranged through a bolt and a nut, a cover plate connecting the two crosshead sheave installation plates is fixed on the upper end portion of the two crosshead sheave installation plates, and a crosshead sheave is installed between the two crosshead sheave installation plates through an axle which is arranged horizontally. Beam groove steel with a notch facing outwards is arranged on two sides of a crosshead sheave installation plate through bolts and nuts by using a damping rubber gasket on the U steel fixed frame. An axle clamping plate is fixed on the outer lateral walls of the two crosshead sheave installation plates above the axle through bolts and nuts, a pull rope plate is fixed on the outside of the axle of the crosshead sheave installation plates in parallel through bolts and nuts, and a pull rope rod fixed through bolts and nuts is connected below the crosshead sheave and on the two crosshead sheave installation plates in the horizontal direction. The crosshead sheave assembly has the advantages of being reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use and operate, facilitating daily installation and maintenance and the like.
