The anti-seismic and anti-shake car roof wheel device comprises car roof wheel supports and car roof wheels, the car roof wheels are installed in the car roof wheel supports through rotating shafts, and transverse anti-shake mechanisms are installed on the portions, between the two sides of an inner ring of each car roof wheel and the car roof wheel supports on the corresponding sides, of the rotating shafts correspondingly. The transverse anti-shake mechanism comprises a transverse supporting seat and at least two anti-shake supporting arms, at least two hinge positions are evenly distributed on the transverse supporting seat along the circumference, and each hinge position is correspondingly hinged to one anti-shake supporting arm. An anti-shake supporting plate is arranged at the end, away from the transverse supporting base, of the anti-shake supporting arm, an anti-abrasion rolling assembly is arranged between the anti-shake supporting plate and the corresponding end face of the car roof wheel inner ring, and an anti-shake buffering assembly is arranged between the anti-shake supporting plate and the transverse supporting base. According to the application, the loss possibly caused by transverse shaking of the mounting structure at the car roof wheel in the running and stopping process of the elevator can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种抗震防抖的轿顶轮装置,包括轿顶轮支座、轿顶轮,轿顶轮通过转动轴安装于轿顶轮支座内,轿顶轮内圈的两侧分别与对应侧的轿顶轮支座之间的转动轴安装有横向防抖机构,横向防抖机构包括横向支撑座、至少两个防抖支臂,横向支撑座上沿圆周均布有至少两个铰接位,每个铰接位对应铰接有一个防抖支臂;防抖支臂远离横向支撑座一端设置有防抖支板,防抖支板与轿顶轮内圈的对应端面之间设置有防磨滚动组件,防抖支板与横向支撑座之间设置有防抖缓冲组件。本申请能够改善电梯运行停靠过程中,轿顶轮处的安装结构因横向抖动可能造成的损耗。
