The invention discloses a car roof wheel independent variable vibration reduction system which is characterized in that each rope wheel assembly at the top of a car is connected with the car through a vibration reduction assembly, and an independent variable vibration reduction body is arranged in the vibration reduction assembly; the independent variable damping body comprises a rubber damping pad matched with the lift car and a spring located on the same axis with the rubber damping pad. Due to the design of the independent variable damping body, the weight inertia of the lift car under different loads is effectively absorbed at a near point in the elevator running process, any point position of the lift car is kept in a self-adjusting damping state, the lift car runs more stably, the fatigue strength of a traction power system is relieved, the service life is prolonged, and the elevator taking comfort is improved; the application range is wide.

    本发明公开了一种轿顶轮自变量减振系统,其特征是把轿厢顶部的每件绳轮组件分别通过减振组件与轿厢连接,减振组件中设有自变量减振体;自变量减振体包括与轿厢配合的橡胶减震垫,以及与橡胶减震垫位于同一轴线上的弹簧。自变量减振体的设计,使得在电梯运行过程中的有效地近点吸收轿厢在不同载荷下的重量惯性,保持轿厢任何点位均处于一种自行调节的减振状态,使轿厢运行更加平稳,且减缓曳引动力系统的疲劳强度,延长使用寿命,提高乘梯舒适性,适应范围广。
