According to the invention, a currently received system train distance adjustment value is compensated by using a compensation distance value to obtain an actual train distance adjustment value in a current speed adjustment period; the sum of a system distance value between the current train and a target point and the actual train distance adjustment value is calculated and is used as an actual distance value between the current train and the target point; a target running speed of the train by utilizing the actual distance value between the current train and the target point; the actual distance value between the current train and the target point can reflect the actual distance between the train and the target point; the train speed is adjusted by utilizing the real distance between thetrain and the target point, so that the accuracy of an adjustment result can be ensured. Therefore, accurate alignment of the train door and the shielding door is realized, accurate stopping of the train is ensured, and the influence on train operation is reduced.
