The invention relates to a lorry load intelligent management system and method. The management system comprises a controller, and a vehicle load detection device, an accelerator pedal detection device, a brake pedal detection device, a vehicle speed detector, a throttle valve driving device and an information output device which are connected with the controller. The management method comprises astatic load management method, a dynamic load management method and an interval operation data optimization management method. The system and method have the advantages that 1, static overload of thevehicle can be avoided; 2, dynamic overload is reduced, and the safety is improved; 3, the comprehensive operation economy of the vehicle can be effectively improved in a specific occasion, data suchas the vehicle load speed within a period of time are collected and analyzed, then related economic indexes of the vehicle are combined, the cargo loading value and the vehicle speed control parametersuitable for the current occasion are obtained through optimization calculation, and therefore maximization of the carrying efficiency and the fuel economy is achieved on the premise that safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种载重汽车载荷智能管理系统及管理方法,该管理系统包括控制器和分别与控制器连接的车辆载荷检测装置、油门踏板检测装置、刹车踏板检测装置、车速检测器、节气门驱动装置和信息输出装置;该管理方法包括静态载荷管理方法、动态载荷管理方法和区间运行数据优化管理方法。本发明的优点:1、能够避免车辆静态超载;2、减少动态超载,提高安全性;3、在特定场合下可有效提高车辆的综合运营经济性,即通过对一段时间内的车辆载荷速度等数据进行采集分析,再结合车辆的相关经济指标,优化计算得到适宜当前场合的货物装载值及车速控制参数,从而在保证安全的前提下实现运载效率和燃油经济的最大化。
