The application discloses a method for using a forklift to determine the center of gravity of goods and safely transferring goods. The method for using the forklift to determine the center of gravityof goods and safely transferring the goods is matched with a forklift; the forklift includes a forklift main body, and also includes an balanced forcing block, an elastic element, bags, an infusion pipeline and a display instrument; the balanced forcing block plays the role of evenly applying the pressure from the goods on the bags; the elastic element is located between the balanced forcing blockand the forklift fork; a plurality of bags are arranged, which are all located directly below the balanced forcing block on the forklift fork; the display instrument is located on the forklift instrument panel, and is used for displaying the deflection direction and deflection degree of the center of gravity of the goods picked up by the forklift; and the infusion pipeline connects the bags on the fork and the display instrument. The method for determining the center of gravity of the goods comprises the following steps of: using the fork to pick up the goods and lifting the goods by 5-10cm;observing the deflection direction and deflection amplitude of the display instrument to judge the deflection direction and deflection degree of the center of gravity of the goods; judging whether toplace the goods and lift again; and transferring the goods.

    本申请公开了一种利用叉车判断货物重心并安全转运货物的方法,配套一种叉车,叉车包括叉车主体,还包括均衡施力块、弹性元件、囊、输液管路和显示仪表;均衡施力块起到将承受的来自货物的压力均衡的施加在所述的囊上的作用;弹性元件定位于所述的均衡施力块与叉车货叉之间,囊数量为多个且均定位在叉车货叉上所述的均衡施力块正下方位置;所述的显示仪表定位在叉车仪表盘上,用于显示叉车叉取的货物重心偏斜方向与偏斜程度;所述的输液管路贯通货叉上的囊与所述的显示仪表;货物重心判断方法步骤为:利用货叉叉取货物将货物抬升5‑10CM;观察显示仪表偏转方向与偏转幅度判断货物重心的偏斜方向与偏斜程度;判断是否放置货物重新抬升;转运货物。
