The invention discloses an underwater high-speed towed body, which comprises a shell, a tail column connected to the tail part of the shell, and anX-shaped empennage structure arranged on the tail column and consistingof four empennages, wherein an equipment accommodating cavity is formed in the shell, gaps are formed in the tail ends of the two upper empennages in the four empennages, and the adjusting rudder is movably arranged in the gap. The underwater high-speed towed body aims at solving the technical problem that an underwater towed body in the prior art is poor in stability.
