The invention provides a high-lift hydrofoil suitable for large-depth forced sinking of an underwater towed body and the underwater towed body, and is characterized in that the high-lift hydrofoil comprises a middle rectangular wing, two side wings, a transition part and a fusion type small wing; two side wings extend from the two sides of the middle rectangular wing, and the sides, away from the middle rectangular wing, of the two side wings are connected with the fusion type winglet through transition parts; the whole hydrofoil is triangular, the middle rectangular wing is rectangular, the side wings on the two sides contract towards the tail edge of the hydrofoil, and the contraction positions of the side wings on the two sides are connected with the fusion type winglet. The underwater towed body has a higher lift coefficient (the maximum lift coefficient is increased by 85% compared with that of a common rectangular hydrofoil), a smaller wing surface area is designed on the premise of providing the same forced sinking force, and the design size of the underwater towed body can be effectively reduced.
