The invention discloses a sensor mounting structure, an ultrasonic probe wheel comprising the same and application of the ultrasonic probe wheel. The sensor mounting structure comprises a mounting support and ultrasonic transducers mounted on the mounting support, wherein the mounting support comprises a first plane and first inclined faces connected to the two opposite sides of the first plane respectively, and the first inclined faces are arranged in an axial symmetry mode relative to the transverse central axis of the first plane. The ultrasonic transducers are installed on the first planeand the first inclined plane, the mounting surface, which is on the first inclined plane, of a piezoelectric wafer inclines by a first angle towards the rail plane of the steel rail from a plane parallel to the extending surface of the first plane and inclines by a second angle towards the inner side of the steel rail on the basis of the first angle, and the ultrasonic beam emitted by the piezoelectric wafer can be reflected at the rail jaw of the steel rail to generate a secondary wave, so that the ultrasonic beam covers the whole gauge angle on the inner side of the steel rail. The technicalproblem that an existing probe wheel is poor in detection effect on damage at the gauge corner of the inner side of a rail head in the flaw detection process of the heavy haul railway steel rail canbe solved.
本发明公开了一种传感器安装结构,包括该结构的超声波探轮及其应用,该结构包括:安装支架,及安装于安装支架上的超声波换能器。安装支架包括第一平面,及分别连接于第一平面相对两侧的第一斜面,第一斜面关于第一平面的横向中轴线呈轴对称布置。第一平面及第一斜面上均安装有超声波换能器,压电晶片在第一斜面上的安装面自一平行于第一平面延伸面的平面朝向钢轨的轨平面倾斜第一角度,并在此基础上朝向钢轨内侧倾斜第二角度,使得压电晶片发射的超声波束能在钢轨轨颚经反射产生二次波,从而使该超声波束覆盖钢轨内侧的整个轨距角。本发明能解决现有探轮在重载铁路钢轨探伤过程中对轨头内侧的轨距角处伤损检出效果不佳的技术问题。
