    本发明公开了森林环境巡查用自主避让枝叶的无人机,该无人机包括外壳、平衡机构、旋翼机构,所述平衡机构及旋翼机构均设置在外壳上,所述平衡机构通过磁场使无人机的重心发生移动,平衡机构使无人机快速恢复平衡,所述旋翼机构通过重力及陀螺仪结构始终水平状态,旋翼机构为无人机的飞行提供动力。当无人机发生倾斜时,旋翼机构在自身重力以及陀螺仪结构的作用下快速调整自身状态,快速的恢复水平状态,而且不论无人机发生何种角度的倾斜时,旋翼机构都能处于水平状态,并为无人机提供平衡飞行的动力,本发明对于发生倾斜具有快速反应的效果。
