The invention discloses a general aircraft longitude and latitude route network construction and operation control method. A monitoring airspace and a reporting airspace with the true height of 0-3000meters are distributed and divided into five cruise floor height airspaces according to a fixed-wing aircraft, a helicopter, a gyrocopter, an electric multi-axis manned helicopter and a miniature electric multi-axis unmanned aerial vehicle, a longitude route is arranged on the upper layer of each floor height, a latitude route is arranged on the lower layer of each floor height, the courses of every two adjacent longitude routes and every two adjacent latitude routes are opposite to each other, five route grid diagrams composed of the longitude routes and the latitude routes are formed in themonitoring airspace and the reporting airspace, a no-fly net hole and an airport are formed in each diagram, and therefore, a nationwide general aviation monitoring airspace and reporting airspace longitude and latitude route network is constructed. Nationwide general aircrafts can fly on respective corresponding longitude and latitude routes orderly, safely and efficiently at the same time, anda general aviation management department can realize high-quality service and safe, reliable, efficient, simple and convenient flight operation and monitoring management and control.

    本发明公开了一种通用航空器经纬航线网构建与运行管控方法,将真高0至3000米监视空域和报告空域,按固定翼飞机、直升飞机、自转旋翼机、电动多轴载人直升机和微型电动多轴无人机,分配划分成5个巡航层高空域,每个层高的上层布局经线航线。下层布局纬线航线,每相邻经线航线和每相邻纬线航线的航向互为相反,在监视空域和报告空域形成5幅由经线航线和纬线航线组成的航线网格图,每幅图上设有禁飞网洞和机场,由此构建成全国通用航空监视空域和报告空域经纬航线网络,能使全国的通用航空器同时在各自对应的经纬航线上有序、安全、高效的飞行,通用航空管理部门能实现高质量服务和安全可靠、高效简便的飞行运行和监视管控。
