The invention provides a high-voltage discharge control system and method. The system comprises a controller and a high-voltage circuit. The high-voltage circuit comprises a battery pack, a first line, a second line, a whole vehicle capacitor, a first high-voltage relay, a second high-voltage relay, a pre-charging resistor, a normally-open smoke and fire switch and a switch assembly, wherein the first line and the second line are connected through the first end and the second end of the battery pack respectively. And the controller is connected with the high-voltage circuit. When the vehicle collides, the controller controls the on-off of the first high-voltage relay, the second high-voltage relay, the normally-open smoke and fire switch and the switch assembly, so that the normally-open smoke and fire switch, the pre-charging resistor and the whole vehicle capacitor form a first discharging circuit, the whole vehicle capacitor and the electric drive system form a second discharging circuit, and the two discharging circuits are redundant to each other. According to the technical scheme, when the vehicle collides, the electric energy stored in the capacitor by the high-voltage circuit of the whole vehicle can be fully and rapidly released through the two discharging circuits, and safety is guaranteed.

    本申请提出了一种高压放电控制系统及方法,所述系统包括控制器和高压电路。所述高压电路包括电池组以及由所述电池组的第一端和第二端分别连接的第一线路和第二线路、整车电容、第一高压继电器、第二高压继电器、预充电阻、常开式烟火开关、开关组件。所述控制器与高压电路相连。在车辆发生碰撞时,通过控制器来控制第一高压继电器、第二高压继电器、常开式烟火开关、开关组件的通断,使得常开式烟火开关与预充电阻、整车电容形成第一放电电路,且整车电容、电驱系统形成第二放电电路,两个放电电路互为冗余。通过本申请的技术方案,可以实现在车辆发生碰撞时,通过两个放电电路充分快速地释放整车高压电路存储在电容中的电能,保证安全。
