The invention discloses a discharge control method for fast discharge failure in high-voltage power-off of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: when a vehicle control unit receives rapid discharge fault information, sending a DCDC work enabling instruction, and consuming residual electric quantity of a high-voltage bus loop by a high-voltage accessory DCDC within a preset time range; when the preset time is up, sending a DCDC work enabling invalid instruction by the whole vehicle controller, and making the high-voltage accessory DCDC stop working; and executing low-voltage power-off. According to the method, the high-voltage accessory DCDC is used for consuming the residual electric quantity of the high-voltage bus loop, so that the hybrid electric vehicle can achieve the purpose of rapidly reducing the voltage of the motor bus loop under the condition that active discharging of a motor system fails, it can be ensured that the high-voltage power-off process of the vehicle can be rapidly finished after IG-OFF operation, and more importantly, the danger of electric shock when a driver tries to maintain is avoided.
本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车高压下电中快速放电失败时的放电控制方法中,当整车控制器接收到快速放电故障信息后,发送DCDC工作使能指令,由高压附件DCDC在预定时间范围内消耗高压母线回路残余电量;当达到预定时间时,由整车控制器发送DCDC工作使能无效指令,高压附件DCDC停止工作;执行低压下电。本发明中通过利用高压附件DCDC来消耗高压母线回路残余的电量,使得混合动力汽车可在电机系统主动放电失败的情况下,达到快速降低电机母线回路电压的目的,可以确保车辆在IG‑OFF操作后能快速结束高压下电过程,更重要的是避免驾驶人员在尝试维修时发生触电危险。
