The invention provides a water-air amphibious unmanned ship capable of crossing obstacles. The water-air amphibious unmanned ship comprises a remote control module; a sensing module used for collecting environment, navigation and flight information of the unmanned ship; a control module which wirelessly sends environment, navigation and flight information to the remote control module, wherein the remote control module generates a mode conversion instruction, a navigation control instruction and a flight control instruction based on the received environment, navigation and flight information and sends the instructions to the control module; a sailing execution module and a flight execution module which are used for controlling the sailing attitude and the flight attitude of the unmanned ship based on the sailing control instruction and the flight control instruction sent by the control module respectively; and a mode conversion module which realizes conversion between a flight mode and a navigation mode of the unmanned ship based on the mode conversion instruction sent by the control module. The invention further provides a control method of the water-air amphibious unmanned ship. The water-air amphibious unmanned ship can be switched between the navigation mode and the flight mode, can fly over water surface obstacles, and is suitable for working in complex water areas.
