The invention discloses a robot and an automatic elevator getting-on and getting-off and inspection method thereof. The robot is provided with a depth camera to obtain an image, position information of up/down/door closing/door opening/floor number buttons, elevator door closing/opening information, button lightening information and floor indication number information are recognized according to an image recognition algorithm preset in an industrial personal computer, the target button needing to be pressed at the doorway of an elevator room and in the elevator room and the position of the target button are determined according to the target floor, the distance between a manipulator and the target button is calculated, the manipulator is controlled to move to the position of the target button and press the target button, the robot can automatically go up and down the elevator, then the robot can move among floors through the elevator, and free inspection is completed. By the adoption of the scheme, the robot can automatically go up and down the elevator without interaction with an elevator control host, and the problem that the cost is increased due to the fact that the elevator control host needs to be additionally arranged in the elevator in the prior art is solved.

    本发明公开了一种机器人及其自行上下电梯、巡检的方法。通过在机器人中设置深度摄像机获取图像,并根据在工控机中预置的图像识别算法识别出上楼/下楼/关门/开门/楼层数字按钮的位置信息、电梯门关闭/打开的信息、按钮被点亮的信息、所在楼层指示数字的信息,根据目标楼层确定在电梯间门口以及电梯间内需要按下的目标按钮及其位置,并通过计算机械手与目标按钮之间的距离,控制机械手移动至目标按钮的位置并按下目标按钮,实现机器人自行上下电梯,进而实现机器人通过电梯在楼层间移动,完成自由巡检。采用本发明的方案,机器人自行上下电梯,无需与梯控主机交互,解决了现有技术中需要在电梯中加装梯控主机造成成本升高的问题。
