The invention provides a bridge pier tower health detection and maintenance robot, and relates to the technical field of maintenance robots. Comprising a first bearing frame, an advancing mechanism arranged at the bottom of the first bearing frame, multiple groups of rotor assemblies arranged on the first bearing frame, a camera and an antenna which are arranged on the first bearing frame, multiple groups of rotor assemblies, a first rotor assembly arranged at the top of the first bearing frame, and a second rotor assembly arranged on the side wall of the first bearing frame. The robot can carry detection or maintenance equipment to crawl on the surface of a bridge pier tower, and can replace people to do dangerous and heavy work such as detection, maintenance and cleaning on the wall surface.
