The invention discloses automatic bridge pier detection equipment which comprises an equipment frame which comprises a main body frame and an overhanging frame, the main body frame is arranged on the periphery of a bridge pier in a sleeving mode, and the overhanging frame is fixedly arranged on one side of the main body frame; the climbing system comprises a plurality of sets of driving units symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the main body frame. The detection system comprises a plurality of cameras symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the main body frame; the control system comprises a controller module, a wireless communication module and a pose monitoring module; the pose monitoring module is arranged on the main body frame; the controller module and the wireless communication module are integrated in a control cabinet, and the control cabinet is arranged on the overhanging frame; and the controller module receives data monitored by the pose monitoring module, transmits the data to terminal equipment through the wireless communication module, receives a control instruction sent by the terminal equipment, and controls each driving unit to drive the equipment frame to move or adjust the pose of the equipment frame. The device is simple in structure, and can effectively improve the safety and operation efficiency of bridge pier detection operation.

    本发明公开了一种自动化桥墩检测设备,包括:设备框架,包括主体框架和外伸框架,主体框架套设在桥墩外周,外伸框架固定设置在主体框架的一侧;攀爬系统包括多组对称设置在主体框架两侧的驱动单元;检测系统包括多个对称设置在主体框架两侧的摄像头;控制系统,其包括控制器模块、无线通信模块、位姿监测模块;位姿监测模块设置在主体框架上;控制器模块和无线通信模块集成在控制柜内,控制柜设置在外伸框架上;控制器模块接收位姿监测模块监测的数据,通过无线通信模块传输至终端设备,并接收终端设备发出的控制指令,控制各驱动单元带动设备框架移动或调整设备框架的姿态。本发明结构简单,可有效提高桥墩检测作业的安全性和作业效率。
