An integral inner windshield for a high-speed train is mainly structurally characterized in that a plurality of integral ring-shaped rubber air bags are combined into a rubber air bag group, one rubber air bag group is embedded and fixed in a clamping groove of a train end mounting frame of a front train, and the other rubber air bag group is embedded and fixed in a clamping groove of a train end mounting frame of a rear train; the vehicle end mounting frame is fixed to the end face of a vehicle through bolts, and a lower supporting beam is fixed to a front vehicle coupler. An upper support beam is fixed on a passage pedal of the front vehicle; the upper supporting beam and the lower supporting beam are fixedly connected with the top face and the bottom face of the connecting frame bottom frame respectively. The front side and the rear side of the connecting frame are respectively embedded and fixed with rubber air bag groups of a front vehicle and a rear vehicle; the rubber air bag is connected with an inflation air source through a controllable air valve, and the controllable air valve is further electrically connected with an air source control system. The inner windshield has excellent air tightness, heat insulation performance, sound insulation performance and noise reduction performance; and installation and maintenance are convenient, and a safer, more comfortable and more attractive riding environment can be provided for passengers.

    一种整体式高速列车内风挡,其主要结构是:多个整体式环圈状的橡胶气囊组合成橡胶气囊组,一个橡胶气囊组嵌合固定在前车的车端安装框架的卡槽中,另一个橡胶气囊组嵌合固定在后车的车端安装框架的卡槽中,车端安装框架通过螺栓固定在车辆端面,前车车钩的上固定有下支撑梁;前车的通道踏板固定有上支撑梁;上支撑梁、下支撑梁分别与连接框架底架的顶面和底面固定连接;所述的连接框架的前、后侧分别与前后车的橡胶气囊组嵌合固定;所述的橡胶气囊通过可控气阀与充气气源相连,可控气阀还与气源控制系统电连接。该内风挡具有优良的气密性、隔热性、隔声降噪性;且安装维护方便,能为乘客提供更安全,更舒适,美观的乘车环境。
