The invention provides an intelligent fan robot and method for coal mine ventilation and monitoring. The intelligent fan robot comprises an intelligent mobile platform and a cross-flow fan; the intelligent mobile platform comprises a protective shell, a mobile crawler belt, a processor, a driving motor, an anti-explosion battery, an alarm device and a communication module; the cross-flow fan comprises an upper top cover, a lower top cover, a cross-flow fan impeller, a supporting wall rod and a sensor probe. The intelligent fan robot has the advantages that (1) in roadway inspection, the intelligent fan robot is adopted to inspect, alarm and ventilate in places where people walk inconveniently or are relatively dangerous, so that the working efficiency is improved while the working potential safety hazard of people in a roadway is reduced; and (2) according to different heights of coal mine roadways, the impeller of the through-flow fan can extend and retract up and down, so that the device has wider roadway adaptability. And (3) when the coal mine tunnel is uneven or different in height, the crawler belt of the intelligent mobile platform can ensure the stable movement of the fan.
本发明提供一种用于煤矿通风及监测的智能风机机器人及方法,智能风机机器人包括智能移动平台和贯流式风机;智能移动平台包括保护壳体、移动履带、处理器、驱动电机、防爆电池、报警装置和通信模块;贯流式风机包括:上顶盖、下顶盖、贯流式风机叶轮、支撑壁杆和传感器探头。优点:(1)在巷道的巡检中,对于人行走不方便或者比较危险的地方,采用智能风机机器人巡检报警通风,减少人在巷道中工作安全隐患的同时提升工作效率;(2)根据煤矿巷道的高度不同,贯流式风机叶轮可上下伸缩,使得此装置具有更加广泛的巷道适应性。(3)当遇到煤矿巷道不平整或者高低不一的情况时,智能移动平台的履带可以保证风机平稳的移动。
