The invention discloses a power battery thermal management system and management method.The power battery thermal management system comprises a power battery module, a heat exchange assembly, a heat dissipation assembly and a BMS battery system.The power battery module comprises a box bottom plate, a cold plate layer located on the upper portion of the box bottom plate and heat conduction fingers vertically arranged on the top of the cold plate layer; a cylindrical space is defined by six adjacent heat conduction fingers, and a power battery cell is arranged in the cylindrical space; the liquid pump is arranged in the heat exchange box body, the liquid inlet end of the liquid pump is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the U-shaped heat exchange pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the S-shaped heat exchange pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the liquid pump, and the liquid outlet end of the S-shaped heat exchange pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the U-shaped heat exchange pipeline. The temperature of the power battery can be controlled within an ideal working range, the integration level of the power battery system is high, the power battery system omits pipelines of components such as a compressor, and the weight and the cost are reduced.

    本发明公开一种动力电池热管理系统及管理方法,该种动力电池热管理系统包括动力电池模块、热交换组件、散热组件和BMS电池系统,动力电池模块包括箱底板、位于箱底板上部的冷板层、垂直设置在冷板层顶部的导热手指,相邻六个导热手指围成一个圆柱空间,圆柱空间内设置动力电池电芯,热交换组件包括热交换箱体、设置在热交换箱体内且进液端与U型热交换管道的出液端连通的液泵、出液端与液泵的进液端连通的S型热交换管且出液端与U型热交换管道的进液端连通,该种动力电池系统温控效果好,电芯均温效果好,可以将动力电池温度控制在理想工作区间,动力电池系统集成度高,动力电池系统省却了压缩机等部件管路,降低重量和成本。
