    本发明公开了一种动力电池的热管理系统及热管理方法,热管理方法包括以下步骤:S1:获取动力电池的状态信息,并判断动力电池是否开始工作;若是则执行步骤S2;S2:获取电芯最高温度,并判断电芯最高温度是否大于温度阈值;若是则执行步骤S3;若否,则继续执行步骤S2;S3:判断进风温度传感器是否有效;若是则执行步骤S4;S4:获取进风温度,判断电芯最高温度减去进风温度的差值是否大于差值阈值;若是则执行步骤S5;若否,控制风机按照最低挡位持续运行,继续执行步骤S4;S5:根据确定的单位时间内风机风量的最小值确定风机挡位,控制风机按照确定的挡位持续运行,能够精确控制进风量、降低风机的能耗。
