The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-collision control method for an aerial work platform, a processor, an anti-collision control system, the aerial work platform and a machine readable storage medium. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring obstacle information detected by a radar sensor; acquiring an image of the monitoring area acquired by the visual sensor; identifying whether an operator in the working platform works or not according to the image; determining whether the obstacle information contains non-obstacle information caused by the operation of the operator or not under the condition that the operator is identified to perform the operation; removing the non-obstacle information under the condition of determining that the obstacle information contains the non-obstacle information; and executing an anti-collision strategy according to the real obstacle information after the non-obstacle information is removed in the obstacle information. The visual sensor is used for acquiring the working condition of the working personnel in the working platform and identifying the information possibly generating the false alarm of the radar sensor in the working process, so that the false alarm condition of the anti-collision control system can be avoided.
