The invention relates to the field of safety control of aerial work platforms, and discloses an anti-collision system of an aerial work platform and the aerial work platform. The anti-collision system of the aerial work platform comprises a work platform. The scanning support assemblies are arranged around the frame of the working platform at intervals, the scanning support assemblies extend upwards from the working platform, and photoelectric sensors used for scanning and detecting obstacles are arranged at the extending ends of the scanning support assemblies; and the rotation driving assembly is used for driving the scanning bracket assembly to rotate and driving the photoelectric sensor to rotate and scan in a reciprocating manner. The aerial work platform comprises the anti-collision system of the aerial work platform. According to the anti-collision system of the aerial work platform and the aerial work platform, the safety guarantee of the aerial work platform and operators can be improved.
