The invention relates to a vehicle following distance determination method and device, a machine readable storage medium and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of automobile control. The method comprises: determining that a vehicle is in an adaptive cruise mode; the vehicle speed, the gear adjusting instruction and the current time interval gear of the vehicle are obtained; the gear adjusting instruction is input through vehicle keys, input through voice or determined through weather data; based on the gear adjusting instruction, the current time interval gear is corrected, and a corrected time interval gear is obtained; and determining the following distance based on the corrected time interval gear and the vehicle speed. The vehicle following distance is dynamically calculated and adjusted according to vehicle key input, voice input or weather data, the method is simple and accurate, the vehicle driving safety can be guaranteed, and the rear-end collision risk is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种跟车距离确定方法、装置、机器可读存储介质及车辆,属于汽车控制技术领域。方法包括:确定车辆处于自适应巡航模式;获取车辆的车速、挡位调节指令和当前时距挡位;所述挡位调节指令通过车辆按键输入、语音输入或天气数据确定;基于所述挡位调节指令,对所述当前时距挡位进行修正,得到修正时距挡位;基于所述修正时距挡位和所述车速,确定跟车距离。本发明根据车辆按键输入、语音输入或天气数据对跟车距离进行动态计算和调节,方法简单、准确,能够保证车辆行驶安全性,减少追尾风险。
