According to the electric propulsion device, the push-pull arms arranged on the two sides can be matched with the swing arms, the connecting frames arranged on the two sides can be conveniently opened and closed, and then the disassembly and maintenance efficiency of the electric propulsion device is improved; the rotary locking assembly is arranged, that is, a sleeve can be matched with a connecting ring and a clamping block to be coaxially connected with a connecting shaft for transmission or idling under the condition that a limiting groove is communicated with a clamping groove; and stable locking and convenient opening after opening and closing are ensured, so that the advantages that the electric propulsion system assists in heat dissipation and dust prevention, operation stability of the electric propulsion system is enhanced, and disassembly and maintenance are quick are achieved.
本发明公开了一种船舶电力推进系统及电力推进方法,包括主发电机和散热开合装置。本发明通过设置了散热开合装置,即在连接框内部安装了散热组件,可在柔性滤板与散热口组合下,形成散热防尘结构,进行电力推进装置内部所产生热量的快速导出,且设置了开合组件,即在主驱动齿块与副驱动齿块传动下,可使两侧所设推拉臂与摆臂配合,进行两侧所设连接框的便捷开合,来加快电力推进装置拆卸检修的效率,其次,设置了旋转锁定组件,即在限位槽与卡槽连通下,可使套管配合连接环与卡块,与连接轴同轴连接传动或空转,保证开合后的稳定锁定与便捷打开,从而达到了电力推进系统辅助散热防尘,加强电力推进系统运行稳定、快速拆卸检修的优点。
