A friction coefficient testing device comprises: a turnover mechanism on which a wheel to be tested is placed, the turnover mechanism being capable of performing turnover motion together with the wheel to be tested; the horizontal mechanism is used for monitoring a critical point of movement of the tested airplane wheel relative to the turnover mechanism; the lifting mechanism is used for measuring the lifting height of the measured airplane wheel at the critical point; the control part is used for controlling the movement of the overturning mechanism, the horizontal mechanism and the lifting mechanism, and calculating the static friction coefficient of the measured airplane wheel according to the height information measured by the lifting mechanism; and a main body part on which the turnover mechanism, the horizontal mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the control part are integrally mounted. By means of the friction coefficient testing device, the static friction coefficient between the tire end face of an airplane and cabin doors made of different materials can be automatically tested in a simple mode.
