The self-adaptive clamping type transfer robot comprises an AGV body, the lower end of the AGV body is movably connected with a lifting fork arm through a lifting mechanism, and a clamping mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the AGV body; the lifting fork arm is provided with a C-shaped fastener for lifting the station limiting and blocking cross rod; a human-computer interaction interface, an AGV control system, a battery system, a vehicle body damping structure and an AGV driving unit are arranged on the back face of the AGV body. A magnetic navigation sensor is further arranged at the lower end of the AGV driving unit; the lifting mechanism, the clamping mechanism, the man-machine interaction interface, the battery system, the driving unit and the magnetic navigation sensor are all electrically connected with the AGV control system. When goods are transferred, the goods can be clamped and fixed, so that the problem that the goods are damaged due to shaking and falling is effectively avoided, the needed turning space is small, and the goods transferring device is suitable for being used in the environment with dense stations.

    本发明涉及一种自适应抱夹式搬运机器人,包括AGV车体,AGV车体的下端通过升降机构活动连接有升降叉臂,上端设有夹持机构;在升降叉臂上设有用于托举工位限位阻挡横杆的C型扣件;AGV车体的背面设有人机交互界面、AGV控制系统、电池系统、车体减震结构和AGV驱动单元;在AGV驱动单元下端还设有磁导航传感器;升降机构、夹持机构、人机交互界面、电池系统、驱动单元和磁导航传感器均与AGV控制系统电性连接。本发明在转运货物时可对货物进行夹紧固定,从而有效地避免了由于货物晃动、摔落损坏的问题,且需要的转弯空间小,适合在工位密集的环境下使用。
