According to the method, a deterministic strategy gradient method and a deep neural network approximate value function method are combined, the communication data between the vehicles and multi-objective optimization of the objective function are utilized, the vehicles can calculate the optimized speed through the deterministic strategy gradient method, and therefore the purposes of maximizing the fuel economy and the battery SOC, reducing the emission amount and the like are achieved.
