The invention discloses a method for dissipating traffic shock waves through an automatic driving track in a mixed traffic flow environment. The method comprises the steps that 1, a control area is set; step 2, acquiring driving tracks of the first two manually-driven vehicles; step 3, calculating driving parameters of the manually-driven vehicle; 4, predicting the driving track of the pth manually-driven vehicle; 5, predicting the driving track of each automatic driving vehicle; 6, controlling the speed of the automatic driving vehicle; step 6-1, dividing spatial discrete points; step 6-2, planning a driving constraint condition; and step 6-3, speed and acceleration planning. According to the method, the driving time of the vehicle in the traffic shock wave generation queue can be shortened, the overall passing efficiency of the fixed bottleneck area can be improved, the potential traffic accident risk and fuel consumption of the bottleneck area can be reduced, and the method has practical engineering application value and significance in relieving the traffic jam problem of the urban fixed bottleneck area.
