The invention relates to a charging seat and a vehicle. The charging seat comprises a charging socket assembly and a flip cover. The charging socket assembly comprises a charging socket, a direct current charging port and an alternating current charging port. The direct current charging port and the alternating current charging port are arranged on the charging socket in parallel and at an interval; the flip cover is rotatably arranged on the charging socket, is located between the direct current charging port and the alternating current charging port, and is used for sealing the direct current charging port or the alternating current charging port. According to the charging seat provided by the embodiment of the invention, only one flip cover is arranged, so that the production cost is reduced. When charging is needed, the flip cover can rotate to cover the other charging port which is not used, a car owner can conveniently insert a charging gun into the charging port which is about to be used, operation is easy when the car owner conducts charging, meanwhile, water, foreign matter and dust are greatly prevented from entering the other charging port, and therefore the charging efficiency is affected, and effective protection on the charging port is achieved.
