The mounting hole penetrates through the third end and the fourth end of the heat conduction part, one end, close to the third end of the heat conduction part, of the accommodating space is open, the charging terminal is inserted into the mounting hole, and the temperature acquisition device is arranged in the accommodating space; the measuring end of the temperature collecting device is connected with the charging terminal or the heat conduction piece, and the output end of the temperature collecting device is used for being connected with a controller of the vehicle. The production cost of the charging base can be reduced, and the deviation of the temperature of the charging terminal collected by the temperature collection device can be reduced.
