The invention discloses a cylinder block and cylinder body assembly with a redundancy switching function and a design method. A cylinder block and cylinder body adopts a single-channel oil way; deflation nozzles are arranged at the top ends of the oil ways; a normal hydraulic source and an emergency hydraulic source are arranged between oil ways of the piston mounting opening, and sealing holes for mounting taper pins and plug sleeves are formed in the tail ends of the oil ways; the core, the spring, the normal hydraulic source oil inlet nozzle and the emergency hydraulic source oil inlet nozzle are assembled in a change-over valve hole of the cylinder seat cylinder body, all piston cavities of the cylinder seat cylinder body are communicated with oil ways in the change-over valve hole, and piston thrust can be generated through interaction of the spring and normal emergency hydraulic oil by connecting the normal hydraulic source and the emergency hydraulic source. The hydraulic brake device is installed on an aviation airplane wheel brake device, according to the output requirement of a brake system, a normal hydraulic source is used or an emergency hydraulic source is switched, thrust is generated through the piston assembly, a brake disc is pressed, then the brake torque is generated, and the braking purpose is achieved. The hidden danger of leakage caused by connection of a traditional cylinder seat cylinder body and the hydraulic change-over valve can be avoided, and the failure rate is reduced.
一种具备余度切换功能的汽缸座缸体组件及设计方法,汽缸座缸体采用单通道油路;在油路顶端有放气嘴;在活塞安装口的油路之间有正常液压源和应急液压源,在油路末尾有于安装锥销和堵套的密封孔;芯、弹簧、正常液压源进油嘴、应急液压源进油嘴装配在汽缸座缸体的转换阀孔内,汽缸座缸体的各活塞腔及转换阀孔内油路互相连通,接通正常液压源和应急液压源即可通过弹簧和正常应急液压油的相互作用产生活塞推力。本发明安装在航空机轮刹车装置上,根据刹车系统输出需要,使用正常液压源或切换应急液压源,通过活塞组件产生推力,压紧刹车盘进而刹车力矩,实现刹车的目的。本发明能够避免传统汽缸座缸体与液压转换阀连接带来的渗漏隐患,降低了故障率。
