According to the LNG ship cylinder oil system and the redundancy design method thereof, main engine cylinder oil systems are designed on the left side and the right side respectively, the main engine cylinder oil systems of the left side and the right side communicate with each other through a communicating pipe, and when a ship normally operates, the main engine cylinder oil systems of the left side and the right side independently operate; when a single-side main engine air cylinder oil system or single equipment breaks down, normal operation of the two main engines can still be maintained through the communicating pipe, redundancy is formed by the air cylinder oil systems of the left board and the right board, and therefore the safety of the air cylinder oil systems is improved.
本发明公开了一种LNG船气缸油系统及其冗余度设计方法,通过在左右舷侧分别设计一个主机气缸油系统,并使左右舷的主机气缸油系统之间通过连通管相连通,在船舶正常运行时左右舷的主机气缸油系统各自独立运行,当单侧主机气缸油系统或单个设备发生故障时利用连通管依然可维持两个主机的正常运行,使左右舷的气缸油系统形成冗余,从而提高了气缸油系统的安全性。
