The invention discloses a streamline underwater vehicle based on a high-effect active steering type vector device. A storage battery assembly and an electric control system of the underwater vehicle are installed in a vehicle shell. An active steering type vector device is located in a through hole of the vehicle shell, and the tail of the active steering type vector device is located in external seawater. The device comprises a universal ball head assembly for self passive rotation and a propeller assembly for active steering. The high-efficiency active steering type vector propulsion device and the universal ball head are arranged, the problems that an existing underwater vehicle is low in reliability, complex in structure, damaged in streamline design, insufficient in maneuvering performance and the like can be solved, the angle adjusting range of the vector section is widened, closed-loop control is accurately conducted on the angle of the tail section, and therefore the path accuracy is improved, and the maneuvering performance of the underwater vehicle is improved. The underwater vehicle has the advantages that high propulsion efficiency and reliability are shown, excellent maneuvering characteristics and attitude adjusting capacity are given, the influence of reverse torsional moment of a vehicle body caused by a propeller is avoided, and the operation performance of the underwater vehicle in running water is improved.
