The invention provides a traction and buffering structure, a traction and bolster buffering module and a railway vehicle, the traction and buffering structure comprises two buffering beams, the two buffering beams are arranged in a spaced mode, each buffering beam comprises an upper profile and a lower profile, each upper profile is provided with an upper wing plate and an upper web perpendicularly connected with the upper wing plate, the upper wing plates are used for being connected with a vehicle underframe, and the upper wing plates of the two buffering beams are located in the same plane; the lower section bar is provided with a lower wing plate and a lower web plate vertically connected with the lower wing plate, the upper section bar and the lower section bar are equal in length, and the upper web plate and the lower web plate are welded and fixed. According to the traction and buffering structure, the cross sections of the upper profile plate and the lower profile plate are both in the T shape, the upper web plate and the lower web plate can be connected and fixed only by welding one welding seam between the upper web plate and the lower web plate between the upper profile plate and the lower profile plate, the welding seams are reduced, overall deformation after the upper profile plate and the lower profile plate are welded is reduced, and the service life of the upper profile plate and the lower profile plate is prolonged. The welding process is easier to operate, and the parallelism requirement of the upper face and the lower face of the traction structure after welding and the consistency of welded products are better guaranteed.

    本申请提供一种牵缓结构、牵枕缓模块及轨道车辆,牵缓结构包括两个缓冲梁,两个缓冲梁间隔设置,缓冲梁包括上型材和下型材,上型材具有上翼板和垂直连接上翼板的上腹板,上翼板用于连接车底架,两个缓冲梁的上翼板位于同一平面内,下型材具有下翼板和垂直连接下翼板的下腹板,其中,上型材和下型材的长度相等,上腹板和下腹板焊接固定。本申请实施例提供的牵缓结构的上型材和下型材板横截面均为T字形,上型材和下型材板之间仅在需要上腹板和下腹板之间焊接一道焊缝即可完成上腹板和下腹板的连接固定,减少了焊缝,减少了上型材和下型材焊接后的整体变形,使得焊接过程更易操作,更好的保证牵缓结构焊后上、下面的平行度要求和焊后产品的一致性。
