The invention provides a cut-in scene identification method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: sequentially obtaining at least two frames of driving state parameters of a target vehicle, the target vehicle being a vehicle in a preset field angle region around an autonomous vehicle, the driving state parameters of any frame comprise a plurality of driving state parameters, obtained by at least two vehicle-mounted sensors, of the target vehicle; fusing each driving state parameter of the target vehicle of any frame to form a fused driving state parameter; determining a cut-in flag bit of the target vehicle based on the fused driving state parameter of the target vehicle of each frame and a preset cut-in condition; based on the cut-in flag bit, determining a cut-in scene in which the target vehicle cuts in the autonomous vehicle; the accuracy of identifying the target vehicle cut-in scene by the automatic driving vehicle is improved, the automatic driving vehicle can take measures such as avoidance to avoid collision with the target vehicle, and the safety of the automatic driving vehicle is improved.
