The invention belongs to the technical field of load simulation, and particularly relates to a nozzle servo mechanism environment test load simulation device, which is used for carrying out load simulation on tested equipment, and the tested equipment comprises a gimbal seat, a nozzle simulation piece installed on the gimbal seat and a servo mechanism used for pushing the nozzle simulation piece to swing. The servo mechanisms comprise a first servo mechanism and a second servo mechanism, and the load simulation device comprises two mechanical load mechanisms which are arranged opposite to the first servo mechanism and the second servo mechanism respectively; the mechanical load mechanism comprises a movable rod hinged to the spray pipe simulation piece and a fixed rod hinged to the ground, and a movable plate, an elastic element and a fixed plate are sequentially arranged between the movable rod and the fixed rod; the servo mechanism pushes the spray pipe simulation piece to swing, and the swing of the spray pipe simulation piece drives the elastic element to stretch or compress. According to the invention, a mechanical load mechanism is adopted, and the device has the advantages of high frequency response and simple wiring during high and low temperature environment simulation.

    本发明属于负载模拟技术领域,具体为一种喷管伺服机构环境试验负载模拟装置,用于对被测设备进行负载模拟,被测设备包括常平座、安装于常平座上的喷管模拟件和用于推动喷管模拟件摆动的伺服机构,伺服机构包括第一伺服机构和第二伺服机构,负载模拟装置包括:机械式负载机构,机械式负载机构设有两个并且分别与第一伺服机构和第二伺服机构正对设置;机械式负载机构包括与喷管模拟件铰接的动杆和与地面铰接的定杆,动杆与定杆之间依次设置有活动板、弹性元件和固定板;伺服机构推动喷管模拟件摆动,喷管模拟件摆动带动弹性元件拉伸或压缩。本发明采用机械式负载机构,具有频响高,且在进行高低温环境模拟时布线简单的优点。
