The invention discloses a drive-by-wire hydraulic steering braking system and method, and relates to the field of vehicle chassis. The drive-by-wire hydraulic controller obtains a control instruction of the vehicle control unit and controls the steering valve group to adjust the angular velocity and deflect at a target steering angle according to the control instruction so as to perform movement in different steering modes; the kingpin angle sensor obtains the actual steering angle and the actual angular speed of the mechanical vehicle and feeds back the actual steering angle and the actual angular speed to the drive-by-wire hydraulic controller; the drive-by-wire hydraulic controller obtains a steering angle difference value according to the steering angle and a target steering angle, obtains an angular velocity difference value according to an actual angular velocity and a target angular velocity, and controls a steering valve group to adjust the steering angle and the angular velocity according to the steering angle difference value and the angular velocity difference value by adopting a PID control method; and the brake valve group brakes according to the brake instruction. The steering requirements of various types of vehicles can be met, and the safety redundancy is high.

    本申请公开了一种线控液压转向制动系统及方法,涉及车辆底盘领域。线控液压控制器获取整车控制器的控制指令,根据控制指令控制转向阀组进行角速度的调整和目标转向角度的偏转,以进行不同的转向模式的运动;主销角度传感器获取机械车辆的实际转向角度和实际角速度,并反馈至线控液压控制器;线控液压控制器根据所述转向角度和目标转向角度得到转向角度差值,根据实际角速度和目标角速度得到角速度差值,采用PID控制方法,根据转向角度差值和角速度差值控制转向阀组进行转向角度和角速度的调整;制动阀组根据制动指令进行制动。本申请能够满足多种类型车辆的转向需求,且安全冗余度高。
