The invention relates to the technical field of tools, and discloses a steel core automatic positioning system and method, computer equipment and a readable storage medium. The system comprises a touch screen, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a lifting type bracket device, the touch screen is used for acquiring bracket parameters input by a user, converting the bracket parameters into first instruction signals and sending the first instruction signals to the PLC; the PLC is used for analyzing the first instruction signal to obtain a motor parameter, converting the motor parameter into a second instruction signal and sending the second instruction signal to the lifting type bracket device; and the lifting type bracket device is used for automatically positioning the steel core according to the second instruction signal. Through mutual cooperation of the touch screen, the PLC and the lifting type bracket device, intelligence and accuracy of steel core positioning are achieved, and the efficient and stable steel core coiling process is achieved.

    本发明涉及工装技术领域,公开了一种钢芯自动定位系统、方法、计算机设备及可读存储介质。该系统包括触摸屏、PLC控制器与升降式托架装置;触摸屏,用于获取用户输入的托架参数,并将托架参数转换为第一指令信号,将第一指令信号发送至PLC控制器;PLC控制器,用于对第一指令信号进行解析,得到电机参数,将电机参数转换为第二指令信号,将第二指令信号发送至升降式托架装置;升降式托架装置,用于根据第二指令信号对钢芯进行自动定位。本申请通过触摸屏、PLC控制器与升降式托架装置之间的相互配合,实现了钢芯定位的智能与精准,实现高效、稳定的钢芯上卷流程。
