The invention discloses an automatic guided vehicle charging device which comprises a charging pile and a vehicle-mounted charging device. Wherein an upper-layer electrode plate and a lower-layer electrode plate are arranged around the charging pile, the upper-layer electrode plate is connected with a positive electrode of a power supply through a wire, and the lower-layer electrode plate is connected with a negative electrode of the power supply through a wire; the vehicle-mounted charging device is provided with a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate, the first electrode plate is attached to an upper-layer patch of the vehicle-mounted charging device and connected with a positive electrode of a battery of the automated guided vehicle, and the second electrode plate is attached to a lower-layer patch of the vehicle-mounted charging device and connected with a negative electrode of the battery of the automated guided vehicle. A baffle on one side of a protective shell of the vehicle-mounted charging device makes contact with a charging pile ring shell, the protective shell moves along a guide groove under the action of external force, a spring and a guide rod, and a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate are exposed; and the automatic guide trolley continuously moves until the first electrode plate is connected with the upper-layer electrode plate and the second electrode plate is connected with the lower-layer electrode plate, so that the charging connection action is completed, and the charging function is realized.

    本发明公开一种自动导引小车充电装置,包括充电桩和车载充电装置。其中,充电桩的四周设置有上层电极片与下层电极片,上层电极片通过导线与电源正极连接,下层电极片通过导线与电源负极连接;车载充电装置设置有第一电极片与第二电极片,第一电极片贴于车载充电装置上层贴片处,与自动导引小车电池正极相连,第二电极片贴于车载充电装置下层贴片处,与自动导引小车电池负极相连,在充电时,自动导引小车朝向充电桩移动,车载充电装置的保护壳一侧挡板与充电桩环壳体接触,在外力、弹簧及导向杆的作用下,保护壳沿导向槽移动,暴露出第一电极片与第二电极片;自动导引小车继续移动至第一电极片与上层电极片相连,第二电极片与下层电极片相连,完成充电连接动作,实现充电功能。
