According to the robot, the climbing assembly is used for enabling the robot to stably climb on the surface of a vertical or inclined wind turbine, and different conditions are flexibly coped with through a dynamic adsorption and release mechanism. The anti-falling assembly provides additional adsorption force and friction force under the strong wind condition, and falling is prevented. The detection assembly ensures that clear images are obtained under various illumination and surface conditions by flexibly adjusting the camera shooting angle, a light supplementing lamp and a light reflecting plate, and the detection precision is improved.

    本发明提供了一种仿生爬行式风电叶片检测机器人,涉及风电厂用自动检测设备技术领域,包括:主体,主体正面上设有用于控制装置整体的控制面板;显示屏,控制面板正面开设有显示屏,控制面板正面位于显示屏下方设有多个按钮,控制面板内部还设有网络模块,用于远程控制控制面板与主体。该种机器人利用攀升组件使机器人在垂直或倾斜的风电机表面稳定攀爬,通过动态吸附和释放机制灵活应对不同条件。防脱组件在强风条件下提供额外吸附力和摩擦力,防止脱落。检测组件通过灵活调整摄像角度和补光灯、反光板,确保在各种光照和表面条件下获得清晰图像,提高检测精度。
